Shipping Methods

UAE (Local Distribution): Express courier shipping or scheduled warehouse pick-up.

Global Logistics Corridor: High-priority air freight. Typical transit times are 5–7 days from Dubai Hub or 10–14 days for direct EU customs cleared delivery routes.

Processing & Tracking

All equipment packages are thoroughly inspected, serial numbers are logged, and high-resolution packaging logs are shared with the buyer prior to seal loading. Shipments are processed within 1-3 business days after transaction clearance.

Transit Insurance

Every single B2B shipment leaves our gates under 100% financial and transit liability insurance. From the European factory conveyor belt to your venue dock doors, we carry all the risk, leaving you with absolute peace of mind.

Customs & Duties

All global sourcing routes comply fully with international customs frameworks. For Russian Federation deliveries, transactions are processed legally through our local subsidiary (with complete VAT closing documents).
